Welcome!

  1. Delivery Information. All Storks will be delivered and picked up between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm on weekdays, or between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. The Featherbottoms cannot make deliveries on the following holidays because they will be celebrating as a family: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July. Due to conflicts in pick-up schedules, Lawn Storks LA cannot guarantee that we will pick up your stork on the scheduled pick-up date and we reserve the right to pick up your Stork at a later time. That just means that you might get bonus days at no extra charge! We will never pick-up your Stork before the scheduled pick-up date (unless specifically requested).
  2. Advance Reservation. Delivery may not be available for up to 48 hours after your initial reservation request, but we will try to make the delivery as soon as possible! We need a little time to ensure that your loved one's baby gets that special welcome that he or she deserves! If you aren't sure of your delivery date, or the information for the personalized bundle - that's okay! You can make a reservation and let us know the details later.
  3. Limitation on Liability related to Website. By using this site, you assume all risks associated with the use of this site, including any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file which might be transmitted or activated via this web page or your access to it. Lawn Storks LA shall not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or misuse of the information or lack of information on the this web site or with the delay or inability to use this web site, or from any information, documents, services, software, or other material obtained through this web site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this web site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if Lawn Storks LA and/or any of its partners/affiliates has been advised of the possibility of damages. Lawn Storks LA shall not be liable for any loss or injury caused in whole, or in part, by its actions, omissions, or contingencies beyond its control, including in procuring, compiling, or delivering the information, or arising out of any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information regardless of how caused, or arising out of any user's decision, or action taken or not taken in reliance upon information furnished.
  4. Damages and Loss; Limitation of Liability. You, by making a reservation request, agree to (a) indemnify Lawn Storks LA against all loss or damage to the Storks and (b) assume all responsibility and liability for the Storks and agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lawn Storks LA harmless from any and all loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising from the Stork Rental. Our signs are not designed to be climbed on by children. We cannot be held responsible for injury. Please do not attempt to move the sign; If you would like to move the location, please let us know and we will do it for you. A delivery fee may apply for each time we come out to move your sign. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property that occurs if you try to move our sign.
  5. Refund Policy. You will receive a refund of rental fees if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. If we have already designed your personalized keepsake, we will deliver the keepsake and charge $20 plus a delivery fee (if applicable). If we make a mistake on the personalization, please notify us immediately and we will replace it ASAP. You will NOT receive a refund if the homeowner stops us from setting up, if we are asked to remove the display, if we are given the wrong address, if we are given the wrong personalization, if we are not allowed access into a gated community, if the homeowner's dog is loose or for any other reason beyond our control.
  6. Loss or Damage. If you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please let us know right away. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if our sign is stolen or intentionally damaged.
  7. Title. Title to the Storks will at all times remain in Lawn Storks LA.
