Meet Martin Featherbottom!
Hello! My name is Martin, but my friends call me Lightning.
Please excuse me while I catch my breath! I just returned from an incredible time soaring through the air of South America, delivering babies to our wonderful Latin friends. I’m asked all the time which country was my favorite. Argentina! I love Buenos Aires…the barbeque is amazing!
As you will quickly learn, I am always on the go. On your way to lunch one day, take a look up in the sky. You’ll undoubtedly see a curious patch of smoke. It’s not a jet…it’s me, Martin Featherbottom!
I am fast! So fast that when my Pops, Walter, sent me a text asking me to come home ASAP, I made it from Rio de Janeiro to the pier in Santa Monica in 22 minutes! It’s my personal record! I think I owe it all to my sweet, WWI pilot hat and compass that my grandpa gave me for my 21st birthday.
Of course, whenever my family needs to deliver a baby in record time, they send me. Thankfully, my mom, Martha, bought me those awesome shoes you see to help soften my landing.
See you soon, friends! I’ve got to fly!
